• The auditor-controller will make a presentation on transaction performance and year-end reconciliations for fiscal year 2019-20, and the board will discuss amending an engagement letter with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP regarding the provision of external audit services for the financial year 2019-20.

• Council will discuss Humboldt’s Own LLC’s appeal regarding the Planning Commission’s addition of a condition requiring a second water source to an approved well as part of the conditional approval of a special permit authorizing 64,800 square feet of commercial cannabis cultivation.

• Council will discuss a resolution from the Town of Arcata requesting the consolidation of the special municipal election with the June 7, 2022 statewide primary election.
