A 15% increase in revenue has seen Sofico, the international software provider for car finance, leasing, fleet and mobility management, launch a campaign to hire 130 new employees globally as it continues to grow. expand its operations. This expansion of revenue – and office space – has resulted in increased recruitment which, since the start of the pandemic, has seen more than 140 new employees arrive across all sites globally, with few departures. This year saw 60 new employees join Germany, the UK and Belgium, bringing the company’s total to a record high of 440.
“Our company aims to attract an additional 130 highly qualified employees, which is essential to continue to realize our ambitious five-year expansion plans, based on continuous investments in human resources and innovation”, said CEO Gémar Hompes .
This follows a year of record sales in 2021, with revenues of 55 million euros, an increase of more than 13% compared to the previous 12 months. If this trend continues, the forecasts of 65 million euros and growth of 19% this year should come true.
Currently, Sofico is looking to hire Project Managers, Business Consultants, Software Engineers, Technical Consultants, Analysts and Support Staff in various locations including Germany, UK, Netherlands, Belgium , France, Australia, Mexico, Japan and Spain.
