Corrections Policy

Effective date: June 23, 2026

At aimrpubs.org, we aim to publish content that is clear, useful and as accurate as possible. This Corrections Policy explains how we handle errors, updates and clarifications.

Why corrections matter

Information about research methods, academic tools, AI platforms, educational resources, citation practices, digital literacy and science communication can change over time.

Because of this, articles may need to be updated, clarified or corrected.

What we may correct

We may correct or update content that includes:

  • factual errors
  • outdated information
  • incorrect product, tool or service names
  • broken links
  • unclear wording
  • missing context
  • misleading or incomplete descriptions
  • academic information that needs clearer limitations
  • formatting, grammar or style issues

Minor spelling, grammar, formatting or style updates may be made without a public correction note.

How to report an issue

Send an email to:

[email protected]

Please include:

  • the article title
  • the page URL
  • a description of the issue
  • the correct information, if known
  • a source or reference, if relevant

How we review corrections

When we receive a correction request, we may review the article, compare the information with available sources and decide whether the content should be updated, clarified, corrected or left unchanged.

Correction notes

For significant factual corrections, we may add a note to the article. Minor updates are usually made without a separate public note.
